Cacophony was a designate window for the highly technical, neoclassical metallic element talents of guitar virtuosi Marty Milton Friedman and Jason Becker; both made their possess instrumental solo recordings 'tween the band's deuce albums, Upper Metallic element Symphony (1987) and Go Off! (1989). Cacophony officially stony-broke up in 1990 later two albums. Milton Friedman united Megadeth in front the mathematical group recorded its Rust In Peace record album. Becker united David Lee Roth's ring for a abruptly piece and played on A Little Ain't Sufficiency. Sadly, Becker was diagnosed with Lou Gehrig's disease (Lou Gehrig's disease) in 1989.
